To request a refund:

  1. Email support@collaborativemarketing.agency with your account email and reason for the refund request
  2. Our billing team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
  3. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe
  4. Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

5. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you retain access for the remainder of your contract term. Example: If you subscribe to an annual plan for $600 and request a refund after 15 days, you'll receive a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.

If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended. Chargebacks are costly to us and prevent us from resolving billing disputes fairly. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we resolve most billing disputes within 24 hours. Contacting us directly is always faster than initiating a chargeback.

7. Plan Changes

Upgrading: When you upgrade your plan, you are charged the prorated difference immediately. Your upgrade takes effect right away.

Downgrading: When you downgrade your plan, the new (lower) rate applies at your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the difference between your old and new plan.
